Portuguese Golden Globes 2014 * Globos de Ouro 2014

It's been a week of absolute turmoil so this post is a bit late but I do want to share with you some more pictures of the most glamorous nights of the year in Portugal. I should thank Caras magazine for the invitation and the change of hitting the red carpet with a dress by Augustus, my uncle designer who passed away last month.  It was an honor for me.

The event began at my makeup artist shop, Skinlife where Patrick made ​​the most fabulous makeup ever!! Loved the false eyelashes, that I never have tried before because they always say I don't need them, but for an extra glamour on a special night we decided to go for it and it was very funny cause the result was amazing and I spend the evening blinking in slow motion all night! LOL!!

It was a fun night but friends always make the night into something even more fun and special.

Numa semana de absoluto reboliço este post já vai tarde e a más horas, mas não vos quero deixar sem algumas fotos de uma das noites mais glamorosas do ano. Desde já agradeço à revista Caras os convites e a possibilidade de fazer a passadeira vermelha com um vestido Augustus, que foi uma honra para mim.

O evento começou na SKINLIFE onde o Patrick fez a maquilhagem mais fabulosa de sempre. Adorei e para quem ainda não tinha experimentado a pestana falsa pois foi coisa que nunca precisei, mas para uma noite especial foi um detalhe com graça pois confesso que fiquei com vontade de pestanejar em câmara lenta a noite toda!! 

Foi uma noite muito divertida, que contou com a companhia de alguns amigos, pois são eles, que nestas coisas tornam sempre a noite bem mais divertida e especial.

It's Golden Globes Night * É Noite de Globos de Ouro!

Tonight is Golden Globes night in Portugal, the most chic and trendy party of our country with all the 'Red Carpet' fuss and live Tv broadcasting.

I've been going for Fifteen years but this year it will be a bit more special to because I made a point of honoring my uncle's fashion design and I will be wearing a dress by AUGUSTUS.

It's beautiful and looks like it actually looks like it was made ​​for me! I know that wherever he is, he will peek down here to do what he liked so much talk about the dresses at the red carpet.

'Uncle! If you see me there, I know you'll be proud because this small tribute is for you! If you were here we would end the evening with a glass of champagne on our hands, as we did so often. I promise that I will do it again and make a toast to you and all who devote a lifetime to make women more beautiful! '

Hoje é noite de Globos de Ouro, a festa mais chique e badalada do nosso país com direito a 'Red Carpet' e transmissão televisiva. 

Há quinze anos que estou presente mas hoje vai ser um pouco mais especial para mim, porque fiz questão de homenagear o meu tio e usar um vestido AUGUSTUS. 

É lindo e parece que foi feito para mim! Eu sei que onde quer que ele esteja, não se vai aguentar e vai espreitar cá para baixo, para fazer o que ele tanto gostava que era comentar os vestidos que desfilam pela passadeira vermelha. 

'Tio! Se me vires por lá, sei que vais ficar orgulhoso, pois esta pequena homenagem é para ti! Se estivesses aqui acabávamos a noite de taça de champanhe na mão, como fizemos tantas vezes. Prometo que faço um brinde a ti e a todos os que dedicam uma vida, a fazer as mulheres mais bonitas!'
