Querido Mudei a Casa #2425 Before and After Tv Show - Trellis Living Room

I had already promised to post this last year project from Querido Mudei a Casa Show. Finally here are the photos

It was designed for a lady with three young sons living in a residential area. It was a large room with the need to create separate living and dining areas. The panneling and wallpaper always result so well, they are a great solution to delimit areas and also use wallpaper without spending much.

The aim was to create a more contemporary space with fresh, spring colours.

Já tinha prometido mostrar este último projecto do Querido Mudei a Casa do ano passado. Finalmente aqui estão as fotos que tanto tinham pedido.

Foi projectado para uma senhora com três filhos jovens numa zona residencial. Era numa sala ampla com a necessidade de criar zonas distintas de estar e jantar. Os apainelados e papel de parede resultam sempre bem, são uma óptima solução para delimitar áreas e também utilizar papel de parede sem gastar muito. O objectivo era criar um espaço mais contemporâneo com tons frescos e primaveris. Espero que gostem!

Magnificent White Over the Ocean - Magnífico e Imenso Branco, mesmo em cima do mar!

Everything in this house makes me sigh and secretly tell my clients... You see how white does not look cold and uncomfortable! You see how white is beautiful and welcoming! You see how white does not look like a hospital!

And here is a magnificent example of a contemporary home with some beach-inspired details what has been achieved with some items like the mother pearl vases the wood branches that appear to have been found ona a long beachside walk, the sanded colored curtains and rugs and the choice of some lighter materials such as glass and mirrors that reflect all the sea windows ...

Of course, this immense and wonderful sea view, does very much for a place like this! So my dear clients if you come to me with this room in your head, unless you have a penthouse on the sea overlooking Sesimbra, Foz or Vale de Lobo, you must know by now that the outcome will be just a shy percentage of this! OK?!

I love this whole magnificent beautiful and eternal white!

Tudo nesta casa me faz suspirar e dizer secretamente para dentro e baixinho... Estão a ver como o branco não parece frio e desconfortável! Estão a ver como o branco fica lindo e acolhedor! Estão a ver como o branco não parece um hospital! 

E aqui está um magnífico exemplo, de uma casa contemporânea com alguns detalhes de inspiração de praia que foi conseguido com alguns apontamentos em madre pérola e os galhos que parecem ter sido encontrados num longo passeio à beira mar, os voiles e os tapetes em tons de areia e a opção de alguns materiais mais leves como o vidro e os espelhos que reflectem todo o mar das janelas... 

Claro, que esta imensa e maravilhosa vista de mar, faz imenso por um espaço como este! Por isso minhas queridas quando me vierem com esta sala na cabeça, a menos que tenham uma penthouse em cima do mar em Sesimbra, na Foz ou em Vale de Lobo, já sabem que o resultado vai ser apenas uma tímida percentagem deste! Ok?! 

Adoro todo este Branco, magnífico lindo e eterno!

Glass Wall? Yes or No? * Parede em Vidro - Sim ou Não?

Dear blogfriends!

I'm very happy to show this idea to those who think that an open plan kitchen it's just something too bad because you can't avoid the smell of food or that you can see the dirty pots and dishes! I usually say... okay... dishes you put them in the dishwasher and smell?... Oh what about the smell!... When you cook the smell goes everywhere in the house anyway... but oh well, Portuguese will take sometime to adjust to the idea. It's a cultural thing you know...

And voila here we have an idea that solves all our problems one glass wall that divides the entire room, allowing visibility and breadth and blocking the damn smells and pans! What do you think about it!?Would you make this choice?!

Ora aqui está a fabulosa ideia para quem acha que..." ahhh e tal... cozinha aberta para a sala não... porque os cheiros nem pensar e ver os tachos sujos nem por isso... e tal..." E pronto! 

Aqui temos uma ideia que resolve todos os nossos problemas. Uma parede em vidro que divide toda a sala, permitindo a visibilidade e amplitude e bloqueando os malditos cheiros e tachos! O que é que acham sobre isto!? Eram capazes de optar por esta solução?!

Magnificent Houses * Casas Magníficas - Perfect White Fireplace

Those of you who do you think that for having a fireplace, you must have a rustic and dark wall, or a structure with heavy stone around which occupies an immense visual space, it is because you have not seen this example where owners painted this wall with bricks embossed and painted it white. The structure became visually lighter, and with a smooth dynamic that looks like a woven texture on a larger scale. 

I love the result and it took only a can of heat resistant white paint! What about that? I love people who are not afraid of a paint can!

Quem acha que, lá por ter uma lareira tem de ter uma parede rústica e escura, ou uma estrutura pesada com pedra à volta e que ocupa um imenso espaço visual, é porque ainda não viu este exemplo que para além de resultar na perfeição e em harmonia com o resto do espaço, tem uma parede com pequenos tijolos em relevo que foram pintados de branco. O donos da casa resolveram pintar a parede escura o que tornou toda a estrutura visualmente mais leve, e com uma suave dinâmica que parece uma textura de entrelaçado em maior escala. 

Adorei o resultado e só foi preciso uma lata de tinta, resistente ao calor! Que tal? Adoro pessoas que não têm medo de uma lata de tinta!
