The Brisk Village Suites by Querido - Before and After photos

For those of you who have not seen the vacation appartment I flipped in just 4 days this Summer. Here are some before and after photos.  The best thing about this place called The Brisk Village Suites, is the fact that it's just a walking distance from Gigi Beach, one of the best beaches in Portugal and located in one of our best golf resorts at Quinta do Lago, Algarve. The house acommodates 4 people, and I love the fact that it was on a lowcost basis and the fastest flip I've done so far.

Para quem não teve a oportunidade de ver as fotos do apartamento de férias que remodelei no Algarve em apenas 4 dias, aqui ficam algumas fotos do antes e depois e da casa.Chama-se The Brisk Village Suites, e o melhor desta propriedade é definitivamente a localização, apenas a 10 minutos a pé da praia do Gigi, na Quinta do lago no Algarve. A casa pode acomodar 4 pessoas, 2 adultos e duas crianças ou então 4 adultos, e eu adoro o facto de ter sido um projecto da LojaQuerido, executado em apenas 4 dias, e numa perspectiva de lowcost.

Other Porch Same Color Combination * Outro espaço exterior/interior o mesmo esquema de tons.

I know you are going to love this one too. Some Porch amazingness out here! Isn't it just adorable?! And again the Aqua blue and Coral color scheme. It make it look fresh happy and airy. It also has the extra charm of the fireplace that makes it also confortable in the winter. An exelent work of Krista Solomon via House of Turquoise.

Eu sei que vão adorar esta Varanda também porque é um belo exemplo da conjugação dos tons que adoro e que falava ontem. A base em branco com o azul agua e o coral que lhe dão um ar fresco, leve e feliz.  Embora seja de inspiração costeira esta varanda exterior tem o requinte especial da lareira, que o faz ser de ampla utilização no Verão e no Inverno. Um excelente trabalho da Krista Solomon via House of Turquoise.

PORTFOLIO - Cobalt Blue Bedroom

My clients briefing for this bedroom had just a few key words; #vacation home #blue #silver #simple #low cost #easy to maintain.

This was the result and it was almost a surprise just like we do it on the show, because they arrived for vacation and the room was all ready to use!

Foi este o resultado e a surpresa para ser como a do Querido, só faltaram as vendas, pois quando chegaram à casa de férias, o quarto estava prontinho a usar!
